He was predeceased by: his mother Janet White. He is survived by: his son Jeff of Wilmington; his brother Alan of Wilmington; his former wife Marie Southwick of Hampstead; his sister Joyce Martin of Charlotte; and his caregiver Rick Logan of Howland. He is also survived by three nephews; one niece.
