She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mathews and Thelma Mathews (Dodds); and her siblings, Elaine, Donna, Fred, Frank and Charlie.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Ginter (Jim) of Georgetown, SC, Teresa O'Brien (Mark) of Zanesfield, OH, Tim Johnson (Anna) of Galloway, OH and Angel McClary of West Unity, OH; and her siblings, Ida Ruth Mathews (Wayne), Della Shier (Tim), Roy Dale Mathews and Kenneth Lee Mathews. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
