He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Smith and Nellie Smith (Pickens); and his brothers, Leonard Tolewitz and Frank Marvin. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Lewis (Jerry); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Brett, Tyler, Tiffany, Jessica and Zecharyah; his great grandchildren, Adin and Wenston; and his brother John Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
