With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allen Holt Picklesimer of Zanesville, Ohio, born in Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 12, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oakley Picklesimer and Mallie Picklesimer (Hitchcock); his wife Anna Mae Picklesimer (Wallen); his son Vaughn Colin Picklesimer; and his siblings, Gray Picklesimer, Gay Picklesimer, Custer Picklesimer, Kermit Picklesimer, John Picklesimer, Kent Picklesimer and Lina Dean.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Kinkead, Heather Wilstead (Todd), Allen Picklesimer (Beverly), Christopher Picklesimer (Anne Marie), Gary Picklesimer (Laurie) and Nathan Picklesimer (Kami); and his sister Helen Blair. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
