He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlo Powell and Eileen Wilson; and his sisters, Donna Powell, Betty Dunwoody and Darlene Staffey.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Powell (Bare); his children, Arnold Powell Jr., Trenda Powell and Renee Powell; his grandchildren, Jocelyn Papageorge and Jayden Papageorge; and his pet Trip. He is also survived by many friends and family.
