She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Worthington (Gorley) and Albert Derwacter; her husband Lester "Abbie" Adolph; her grandson Braden Blake Untied; her siblings, Mike Worthington and Rebecca Worthington; and her son-in-law Tom Folk.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Bentley (Bill), Sheila Untied (Brad) and Rhonda Adolph; her grandchildren, Mariann McClellan (Shaun), Michael Folk (Alice), Matthew Folk, Megan Lyon (Mike), Melissa Hendrickson (Brett) and Emily Holcomb (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Ethan, Logan, Cassie, Drea, Annabella, Aiden, Conner, Colton, Sage, Lennox, Lucas and Delilah; and her siblings, Brian Worthington and Kathy Mitchell (Robert).
