She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Matthew Amstutz and Rhoda Jane Amstutz (Cain). She is survived by: her wife Cathy Amstutz (Fahner); her sons, Shawn Hickenbottom (Lori) and Shane Hickenbottom; and her pets, Dora, Maggie, Taco and Belle. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Barbara can be made to the Genesis Morrison House of Zanesville.
