He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard O. Baldwin and Freda Baldwin (Culbertson); his wife Betty Baldwin; his sister Bernice McDonald; and his friends, Kay Stuck and Bill Stuck.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Baldwin (Lynn), Craig Baldwin (Teresa), Terri Sidwell (Lew) and Julie MacLaine (Phil); his grandchildren, Ben Baldwin (Lyndsee), Jennifer Douthat (Jason), Katie Brown (Dave), Karen Cox (Jared), Kori Sidwell, Kasey Lenhart (Will) and Ally Himmelspach (Chase); his great grandchildren, Gabe, Gracie Brown, Jase Lenhart, Piper Himmelspach and Andrew Douthat; his siblings-in-law, Gene Dalrymple and Peg Law; his friend Jeannette Muse; and his grandchildren, Maysville, Rosecrans and Bernie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
