We are sad to announce that, on October 9, 2020, at the age of 82, Billy Heiser of Zanesville, Ohio, born in Trimble, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Heiser and Maxine Heiser (Sands); his wife Lynn Heiser; his son Stephen Heiser; and his sister Anne McMaster.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kampsee Weber (Kenneth) and Sally Wilson (Christopher); his granddaughters, Brittnee Dicks (Ian), Hannah Castor (Adam) and Kathryn Swalls (Drew); his great grandchildren, Aribella Dicks, Nayla Wilson, Norah Castor, Emren Dicks and MacKenrick Dicks; and his sister Shirley Seckinger.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in honor of his dog Baxter to the Animal Shelter Society, 1430 Newark Road, Zanesville, OH 43701.

“Our sympathy and thoughts are with you all at this very difficult time. Since Dad passed we have been going through old pictures of Mom and Dad. Bill, and Anne, were in many of them. Bill always had a smile on his face. I enjoyed unexpectedly stopping by, as I was traveling around the state, at the house or even at work to see him. I am glad that I was able to talk to him a couple of times over the past 9 weeks. Mom could not believe the news and was very sad when we told her.”
