With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bob Payne of Zanesville, Ohio, born in Duncan Falls, Ohio, who passed away on April 3, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Pearl Payne; his wife Pat; his siblings, Bill Payne, Maxine Clark, Daniel Payne, John Payne and David Payne; his daughter Sherree DeMent; and his grandson Nicholas Romano.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristina Hawk (Todd) of Zanesville; his grandchildren, Tillman, Leila Hawk of Zanesville, John Romano (Michelle), Ryan Romano and Katie Romano of Greenville; his great grandchildren, Destiny, Kaiden, Weston, Jack, Ryan Jr., Baleigh, Briar Romano, Ava and Cole Burden; and his pet Velvet. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
His family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the Oaks at Bethesda and Genesis Hospice, and requests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
