Ethell; his brothers, Donald Ethell Jr., Mark Ethell and Eric Ethell; his stepmother Mary Ethell (Lucas); and his stepsiblings, Jim Durst, Jeff Durst and Jackie Cox. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
