He was predeceased by: his father William Oscar Edwards; and his brother William Allen Edwards. He is survived by: his husband Mitchell Asher; his mother Patricia Edwards; and his siblings, Arthur "Art" Edwards and Nancy Edwards Grady. He is also survived by many cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
