It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bruce E. Ziemer of Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on December 24, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Bruce E. Ziemer to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ziemer and Georgia Mercer Ziemer; his brothers, Bernard, William and Jerry; and his stepdaughter Kathie Davis.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Jackson Ziemer; his sons, Rick Ziemer and Randy Ziemer (Diane); his stepson Doug Barnes; and his brother Wayne Ziemer (Sally). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to ALS or to the Avondale Children's Youth Center.
