She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bollinger and Eileen Terrell; her daughter Krissy Lynn Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Terry Goins and Terry Bollinger.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen White; her children, Kenneth White (Megan), Timothy White (Tori), Andrew White (Rebecca), Julie McLean (Frank Davis) and Amy Holder (Tony); her siblings, Kenneth Bollinger (Phyllis), William Bollinger (Crystal), Patrick Bollinger (Cathy), Roger Bollinger, Patricia Bollinger, Marilyn Norris (Anthony), Cindy and Elaine Klinehoffer (Dave); her grandchildren, Brittany, Dustin, Daniel, Kaylee, Jordan, Jenna, Emily, Ethan, Evan, Kenny Jr., Kameron, Parker, Paxton, Elijah and Xander; and her siblings-in-law, Deborah Faust (Ben), Patricia Goins, Dan White, Mike White and Dave White. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
