He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Scott (Coleman) and Earnest Scott; his wife Marilyn Ann Scott (Claypool); and his grandson Cody Scott. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Cassaday and Eugene Scott (Diane); his sister Peggy Samson; his grandchildren, Melissa of Katie, CJ, Anthony, Cory, Sarah, Brandon, Brad, Debbie, Sharon, Steve, Danny, Paige and Amanda; and his close friends, Bob Heslop and Charles Cash. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
