He is survived by: his daughters, April Smith (James Petrofes) and Angie Smith (Matthew Janicki); his grandchildren, Desiree Sanchez (Bianca), Mariah Dutro, Hayden Dutro, Hallie Wright (Chris), Laken Morris and Wade Morris; his great grandchildren, Piper, Logan, Griffin and Braelyn; and his sister Wanda Rush.
