It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cindy Hatcher of Zanesville, Ohio, born in Weston, West Virginia, who passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Roger Radcliff; her brother-in-law John Joseph Hatcher; and her granddaughter Charlie Seckman. She is survived by: her mother Judy A. Luck (Frymier); her husband Terry Hatcher; her daughters, Nikki Radcliff, Casey Hatcher-Peyton (Wade Cavanaugh) and Melanie Seckman (JJ); her granddaughters, KehLeigh Hatcher, Aubrey Seckman and Freya Seckman; her pet Bella; her siblings, Robin Kennedy, Robert J. Radcliff (Deb) and Dale Radcliff (Lynnie); her parents-in-law, Mary Archer and John Hatcher; and her siblings-in-law, Robin Hatcher and James Hatcher. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many special friends.
