We are sad to announce that, on December 26, 2019, at the age of 61, Connie Ford (Zanesville, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lee and Elda Glanneman Keith Jr. Connie; and her brothers, Charles Lee Keith III and Michael Edward Keith. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Keith (Julie) and Rosie Ford (Floyd Nicholson); her grandchildren, Jade Keith, Jarrod Keith, Lane Taylor, Justin Knoll, Carson Nicholson and Sierra Nicholson; and her niece Sabrina Keith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Community Bank in Frazeysburg.
