He is survived by: his parents, Brutis Bitler and Barbara Bitler (Edwards); his grandmother Pam Edwards; his siblings, Hunter Wilson (Amanda), Nathan Wilson (Ashley), Samantha Bitler (Walter Thompson), Alexandra Tedrick (Cameron) and Abigail Moore; his nieces and nephews, Laylie, Brantlee, Jax, Tucker, Eli, Delilah, Harley, Pheonixx, Karmen, Joel and Ellie; his cousin Rob Edwards; and his high school sweetheart Alli. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Cruize's honor to help with funeral expenses.
