Blackford (Caldwell); his daughters, Jeannie Core (Bob), Deborah Creeks (Jason), Gale Dalessandro (Nick) and Shannon Mitchell (Chris); his grandchildren, Jason, Jordon, Justin Core of Westerville, OH., Quinton Creeks of Zanesville, Brady Herron of Zanesville, Austin Dalessandro of Zanesville, Braxton of Zanesville, Brennon Mitchell of Zanesville, Abbey Herron, Carly Dalessandro and Nicole Waaland of Columbus, OH.; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Kirkbride, Shelby Sines, Sandy Brown and Lilly Kirkbride. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
