He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Gail Holbert (Phillip), Terry Lee Murphy and Darci Murphy; his nieces and nephews, Mishelle Trescott (Nate), Tammara Martin (Kyle), Elizabeth Zarcovaski (Todd), Rebbecca Wells (Raffiel) and Shawn Michael Murphy; and his great-niece Sylvia Evans. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
