He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin E. Palmer and Rita Palmer (McBride); his siblings, Nancy Griffiths and Eddie Palmer; and his grandparents, Donald, Mary Gladys Palmer and Gertrude McBride Starner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Person (Terry) of Hopewell, Joy Brookover (Alan) of Zanesville, Shirley West of Zanesville, Dennis Palmer of Zanesville and Troy Palmer of Columbus; and his nephew Kenny Agin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
