He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle H. Kiser and Esther M. Kiser (Nye); and his sister-in-law Judith Kiser. He is survived by: his wife Pansy "Pam" McGee Kiser; his daughter Amy Michelle Lipovich (William); his brother Douglas Kiser; and his grandsons, Jonathan Lipovich and Steve Lipovich. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
