He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floyd and Norma Lemmon; his uncle Floyd Lemmon Jr.; and his grandmother Mary Moore. He is survived by: his parents, David Moore and Karen Sue Moore (Lemmon); his daughter Abigail Murphy; his sister Lori May (Thomas); his uncle Bob Lemmon; his nieces, Sarah Baker (Kevin) and Aryan May; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cohen, Owen, Rowen, Emma, Zoey and Summer.
