He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Whitlow and Martha Whitlow (Conrath). He is survived by: his children, Cory Whitlow (Tracy), Josh Whitlow, Megan Rucker (Derek) and Sean Whitlow; and his brother Greg Whitlow (Karla). He is also survived by his four nieces and nephews.
