He is survived by: his wife Judy Ross (DeVolld); his children, Michelle Scott (Matthew) of Zanesville and Michael Ross (Carolyn) of Zanesville; his grandchildren, Clay Scott (Allison), Sarah, Luke Scott (Olivia Bouchard), Kiley Williams (Logan) and David Ross (Teresa); his great grandchildren, Jase Montgomery, Evelyn Ross, Stetson Scott, Noah Ross and McCoy Williams; and his sisters-in-law, Gail DeVolld of Florida and Sharon Ross.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hillis Combs Funeral Home (935 Forest Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701-2822). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
