He was predeceased by: his stepfather Howard Fritz; his mother-in-law Rosemarie Smith; and his sister-in-law Janice Conley. He is survived by: his wife Becky Saylor; his mother Edna Fritz (Smith); his son Frankie Scalise-Saylor of Steubenville, Ohio; his stepson Brad Gillogly (Erica) of Zanesville; his siblings-in-law, Karen McGrew (Darrell) of Gratiot, Joyce Winkle (John) of Newark and Brian Brown of Gratiot; and his nephew-in-law Josh Gillogly of Gratiot. He is also survived by several cousins; 2 grandkids.
