It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewey Clark Phelps of Zanesville, Ohio, born in Butler, Kentucky, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Phelps and Mae Morris Phelps; his wife Diana C. Phelps; and his siblings, JC Phelps, Helen Howard, Wanda Mae Guffey, Lucille Flener and Beth Phelps.
He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie Monlux (Daniel); his sister-in-law Kay Scott; his sisters, Ruth Scott and Betty Essex; his grandchildren, Danielle Hinkel, DaLisa Morrison, Dustin Monlux and David Monlux; and his great grandchildren, Kera Hinkle, Blake Hinkle and Ryder Morrison.
