She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. McGee and Norma Jean McGee (Davis); her husband Clarien Starcher; and her son Jeffery Starcher. She is survived by: her son Greg Starcher of Roseville; and her brother James McGee (Sandy) of Nashport. She is also survived by several friends and neighbors.
