Starns and Staci D Davis; her grandchildren, Ryan (Brittney Duty), Jason Duty, Josh Duty, Amanda Rodriguez, Laurel Duty, Navarre Nolan, Sara Mcquire, Emily Johnson and Kaeli Rollins; and her great great grandchildren, Jacob, Mathew, Ethan, Liddia, Wren, Magdalene, Mathew R, Eva, Brooklyn, Aiden, Bridgid, Pierson and Payton. She is also survived by her family time with her children and grandchildren.
