He is survived by: his wife Tamara Price; his children, Jamier Humphrey (Destiny), Jerăn Crockett (Debra Murrell), Patrick Parks (Evelyn), Kevin Parks, Sheniquia Parks and Shannon Parks; his siblings, Stacey Wallace and Sherman Wallace (Carla); his siblings-in-law, Marsha Beckley (Carlos), Paula Humphrey, Recikia Humphrey and Quintin Humphrey; and his close friend Lance Commodores (April). He is also survived by grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home (1271 Blue Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701).
