She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sherman Downey and Geneve Daffna Starett Downey; her husband Raymond Harper; her former husband Bernard Gene Morris Sr.; her stepchildren, Donald Harper, Donna Smith and Marlyn Moreland; her granddaughter Terri Lee Allese; and her son-in-law John Meek.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Meek, Bernie Morris (Annette), Vickie Kennedy (Andy) and Doug Morris (Loretta); her grandchildren, B. G. Morris (Kina), Kreg Morris (Amy), Brandi Phalen (John Carpenter), Chasity Lincicome, Amanda Duff, Kenny Humphrey and Kye Morris (Taylor); her siblings, Richard Downey, Patsy Lichtner and William "Bubby" Downey (Mary); her stepchildren, Faye Harper, Rick Harper (Bonnie), Emma Conkle and Raymond Harper Jr. (Diane); and her friends, Carol Caynor and Bonnie Billman. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
