He is survived by: his son Darrin; his siblings, Drew Harper (Janet) of Zanesville, Craig Harper (Melissa Gingrich) of Indiana, Mark Taggart (Linda) of Zanesville, Kathy Harper of Zanesville, Roxanne Watts (Mike) of Zanesville and Lynn Harper of Zanesville; his uncle Ellis Miller (Vicky) of Philo; his aunt Rhea Sue Clark (Chris) of Sidney, OH; and his nieces, Betty Roberts and Wendy Morzowsky of Avondale. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
