She is survived by: her son Jacklon Howard (Billie); her adoptive daughter Nicole Miller; her siblings, Betty Mitchell (Sunny), Sam Goins and Terry Goins (Patty); her sister-in-law Bertha Goins; and her nephew Lewis Goins (Stephanie) of Zanesville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
