He was predeceased by: his father Marion Williams; his wife Amanda Vanechelpoel Williams; his son Richard Williams; his brothers, Lawrence Williams, Robert Williams and Donald Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Williams and Joseph Morosco (Bess Caton).
He is survived by: his sisters, Lucille Morosco and Shirley Moffett (George); his sister-in-law Joan Williams; and his siblings' children, Annette Parker, Christine Kolopajlo (Bill), Michelle Musselman (Mark), Lisa Clark (Mark), Marty Morosco, Nicole Thorne (Kris), Jason Morosco, Barb Fisher (Jim), Sandy Connar (Pat), Amy Gray (Rob), Toby Williams (Tammy) and Stu Williams (Janelle).
