With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank R. Blaney of Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on October 23, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Christy R. Blaney; his wife Donna Mae Strauss; his siblings, Christy "Lefty" Blaney of Marion, Donald Blaney of Zanesville and Majorie Bosch (Blaney) of Lancaster; and his friends, Kenneth Berwinkle, George Marshall, Ray McHenry and Dan Allen.
He is survived by: his mother Clyta Mae Blaney (Simmons); his children, Rick Blaney (Cindy), Michelle Jones (Jay), Richard Blaney (Martha) and Vickie Anderson (John Callow); his brother Robert "Oscar" Blaney; his grandchildren, Chris Blaney (Courtney), Nick Blaney (Akira Markham), Jordan Blaney, Dakota Jones (Natalie Bender), Spencer Blaney and Taylor Anderson (Katie); his great grandchildren, Weston, Luke, Lily and Leo Blaney; his grandchildren, Caiden, Dylan and Lane Anderson; his brother-in-law Elbert "Bunk" Strauss; and his friends, Blue and Big. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
