Frank P. Cartwright Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank P. Cartwright of Zanesville, Ohio, born in Wellston, Ohio, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Mae Cartwright; and his sister Janice Carpenter. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Carwright (Jeannette), Brian Cartwright (Haley), Patricia Kittinger (Wayne) and Teresa Wells (Ted); his grandchildren, Amber, Lucretia, Jessie, Miranda, Allie, Cala, Derek, Tanner and Logan; his great grandchildren, Kailey, Avah, Kashton, Lilly, Paisley, J. Bug, Hudson, Teegan and Palmer; his siblings, Irv Cartwright (Rose) and Janet Birkhimer; and his sister-in-law Betty Bishop. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute (714 Main St, Dresden, OH 43821). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Genesis Hospice -Morrison House, 713 Forest Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio 43701.
