He is survived by: his wife Marlene Turner Harper; his children, Diana Sprankle (Dave), Michael Harper and Richard Harper (Rita); his grandchildren, Brad Tom (Laura), Richie Harper, Megan Henry (Todd), Eric Redfern (Laura), Jessica Bradshaw (Bryan), Molly Sprankle, Megan Sprankle (Jarrett Fracker) and Mason Sprankle; his great grandchildren, Cuyler Henry and Tanner Henry; and his friend Kaylyn Drummonds.
