She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Powell and Mildred Farnsworth Powell; her husband Leo Cornell; her siblings, Darlene Powell, Bertha Nelson, Leo Powell, Stanley Powell, Larry Powell, Marcella Briggs, Lod Powell, Joseph Powell, Hugh "Lonnie" Powell and Denver Powell (Ted Burghy); and her grandchildren, Troy Beisser and Toby Beisser.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Kay Beisser (Mike), Susan Cornell and Cathy Roach (Jeff); her grandchildren, Howard Cornell (Katrina), Erin Kennedy (Joe) and Sabrina Hickman (Eric); her aunt Lou Markley; and her nieces, Linda Weaver and Donna Kuhn. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
