He is survived by: his mother Carol Gildow Davis (Gildow); his sister Jody Davis Bryan; his wife Shala Fogle; his stepchildren, Lucas and Larissa Fogle; his nieces, Caitlin and Kendall (Elijah); his great-nephew Braxton; and his close friends, Deven Dailey, CJ Hobby and Jake West. He is also survived by other family members and many friends.
