He is survived by: his children, Kevin Garber Jr. (Cariann) and Kristina Smith (Justin); his brothers, Jeff Garber (Jackie), Bill Garber, Ted Garber (Nancy), Fred Garber (Marta) and Steve Garber (Kelly); his brother-in-law William Parrill; and his grandchildren, Ellie, Kaydence, Clayton, Ethan, Emery, Bowen and Jasper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Snouffer Funeral Home (1150 Military Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
