She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert K. Winkle and Wanda Swank Winkle; her husband Edward Ed'Arbaugh; her brothers, Robert Winkle and David Winkle; and her son-in-law Wayne Evans.
She is survived by: her daughter Stacy L. Evans; and her brothers, John Winkle (Joyce) and Jack Winkle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Zanesville Memorial Park (1475 Military Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701).
