He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis Sims and Elva Marie Sims (Weaver); his brothers, Bob, Bill (Fairy) and Stephen; his brother-in-law Rob Norris (Je Demarzo); and his mother-in-law Nancy Lou Crumbaker.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Twyman (Mike) and Jeffrey Sims Jr. (Tia); his grandchildren, Linzee, Hunter (Blake), Laila (Aaron), Gage, Abigail, Avarie and Delanie; his great grandchild Hoyt; his siblings, Rita, Beverly, Rebecca, Peggy, Patty and Kenny; his close friend John Coffey; his father-in-law Robert L. Crumbaker; his sister-in-law Vicki Hunt (Tom); and his nephews, Little Billy, Eric, Matthew and Stevie Sims. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
