He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Dale; his brothers, Ralph Dale and Tommy Dale; and his father-in-law Floyd Wayne Darner. He is survived by: his wife Judi Dale; his sister Cristy Delaney (Bob); his mother-in-law Florence Darner; his sons, Kevin Dale and Troy Dale (Jodi); his stepsons, J. C. Schaumleffel (Carol) and Joe Schaumleffel (Elena); and his grandchildren, Courtney Weeks (Alex), Chloe Dale (Ethan Heckel), Kylie Ann Schaumleffel, Ryan Dale (Bia), Thomas Dale, Brendon Schaumleffel, Dillon Schaumleffel (Bailey), Justin Corder, Bill Gilbert and Scott Gilbert.
