He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Chappelear, Kevin Baker, Patrick Baker (Darlene) and Carolyn Boals (Mike); his sister-in-law Judy Fulmer (Steve); and his friend Tammi Dusenberry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
