He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, John (Bob) and Tiffany; his pet Lillie; his brother Tom; his niece Sherrie (Jeff); his grandsons, John and Carter; Chad, Angie and Madysen. He is also survived by granddaughters, aunts, an uncle, cousins, nieces, nephews, a great grandson.
