He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Olah and Helen L. Olah (Craig); and his brother-in-law Rex Parson. He is survived by: his wife Bev; his daughter Stacy Maurer (Ron) of Dayton; his grandson Evan Maurer; and his siblings, Patricia Parsons of New Lexington, Paul Olah (Sharon) of Reynoldsburg and Joyce Hogue (Danny) of New Lexington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was very involved in the local Parkinson Support Group called "All Shook Up", and was a former member of Lions Club International.
