She was predeceased by: her parents, John Galigher and Dorothy Shimer (Mullins); her half-siblings, Davy Shimer and Connie Shimer; her siblings, Brenda Palmer (Galigher) and Jerry Galigher Sr.; her grandchildren, Michael Clapper and Jessica Miller; her mother-in-law Betty Kimes; her siblings-in-law, Ruby Tabler, Marsha Wyatt and Carl Miller; and her father-in-law Robert Miller.
She is survived by: her husband John Miller Sr.; her children, Misty Miller, Tammy Miller, John Miller Jr. and Robert Miller; and her siblings, Mark Shimer, Tammy Shimer (Hampton), Ivy Stanton and Judy Atkinson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
