She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Oscar Spencer and Orpha Lucille Spencer; and her siblings, Charles Spencer (Spence), Jerry Jones and Wanda Grant.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph R. Hale; her children, Wendy Lowe (Paul) of Zanesville, Stacey Moore (Brad) of Duncan Falls and Scott Hale (Ana) of Belleair Bluffs, Florida.; her grandchildren, Benjamin Lowe (Jessica), Rachel Hardesty (Tory), Gracie Hisey (Robbie), Zachary Moore and Avery Moore; and her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Griffin Lowe, Carter, Bridger Hardesty, Sophie and Clark Hisey.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Concord Church of Christ (13333 Maple Ln, New Concord, OH 43762).
