He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel D. Hines and Dorothy Hines (Rapp); his wife Sandy Hines (Manning); his brother Rick Hines; and his son-in-law Norm Hasselberger.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hasselberger and Terry Hines (Jill); his grandchildren, Brittany Hill (Tracy), Joshua Valentine (Wesley), Johnny Lloyd (Rachal Wilcox), Caitlyn Hines, Jon Weekley and Dawson Hines; and his sister Karen Hayes (Mick Willison). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
